2. Placing an Order

Orders are only accepted once we send confirmation (for example, a dispatch confirmation email). We may decline or cancel an order where necessary, including if products are unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we cannot fulfil delivery.

If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

3. Our Products

Our products are perishable food items and are often handmade or produced in small batches.

This means there may be natural variation in appearance, colour, texture or shape. These variations do not affect the quality or safety of the product.

Product images are for illustration only.

We may occasionally make changes to ingredients, recipes or packaging where needed (for example due to availability or quality improvements).

4. Allergens and Dietary Information

Our products contain wheat (gluten).

We take care in preparation, however our kitchen environment is not allergen-free and we cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens.

Allergen and ingredient information is available before purchase and should also be checked upon delivery.

If you have allergies or dietary requirements, please review all information carefully before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment is taken at the time of order using the methods available on our website.

If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

6. Delivery

We deliver within the areas shown on our website.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Please ensure:

  • Delivery details are accurate

  • Access to the property is available

  • Someone is available to receive the order where required

If you provide instructions to leave the order in a safe place or unattended location, delivery will be considered complete once the order has been left in accordance with those instructions.

From that point, responsibility for the goods passes to you.

7. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details, lack of access, or absence, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

As our products are perishable, re-delivery is not always possible.

8. Storage and Handling

Our products must be stored correctly to maintain quality and safety.

Please:

  • Refrigerate or freeze products promptly after delivery

  • Follow all storage and cooking instructions provided

We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect storage, handling or preparation after delivery.

9. Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day cancellation period does not apply to perishable goods.

This means orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, unsafe or not as described.

10. Refunds and Replacements

We do not accept returns due to the nature of our products.

However, if there is an issue with your order, we will always aim to put it right.

We may offer a refund or replacement where:

  • The wrong item was received

  • The product arrived damaged

  • There is a clear quality issue

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos where possible

We may not be able to offer a refund where:

  • Products were not stored correctly after delivery

  • Delivery was missed due to incorrect details or absence

  • The issue relates to personal preference

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We are responsible for providing products that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.

We are not responsible for:

  • Issues arising after delivery due to storage or handling

  • Delays outside our control

  • Allergic reactions where allergen information has been provided

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order.

12. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including weather, courier disruption, or supply chain issues.
