Our Story

A man and woman smiling outdoors on a sunny day, with trees and a clear blue sky in the background.

Fuel me once began with a simple problem.

Only around 1 in 3 adults get their recommended vegetables each day, for children, it’s even lower.

We realised it wasn’t about knowledge. Most people want to eat well.

That experience sparked a simple idea:

What if the vegetables were part of the pasta itself?

  • Not hidden in sauce.

  • Not blended into powders.

  • Not disguised with additives.

Simply integrated into something familiar and easy.

Our Approach

We created a pasta made from:

  • Organic carrots

  • Wholegrain spelt wheat

  • Ispaghula Husk

  • A touch of olive oil

  • Salt

Fresh carrots with green tops on a rustic wooden surface.

That’s it.

  • No artificial colour.

  • No extracts.

  • No unnecessary ingredients.

  • Made with fibre to help support digestion.

The vibrant colour comes from real carrots in the dough — because transparency matters.

Our Mission

People preparing a salad with chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, red bell peppers, and avocados on a wooden chopping board surrounded by bowls of cherry tomatoes, chopped cucumbers, pine nuts, and a dressing.

We believe:

  • Real food doesn’t need disguising

  • Familiar meals can be more nourishing

  • Parents deserve practical solutions

  • Quality should never be compromised

Fuel me once exists to make everyday staples more purposeful — without adding stress to the plate.
